admin_listing header tmpl not working

Hi, I am setting up overrides for some of the view and seems the default_header.php is not working

 

I noticed the admin_listing/default.php uses the same default_header.php as the admin_dashboar.

However it seems to me that it is not looking for override in the template folder.

 

I created an override for the admin_dashboard (removed the membership link from the header), it works fine when vieweing the dashboard but when I click listings, it doesn't. It loads the default_header.php from the component folder, instead of the templated folder.

 

If I could please get a fix for it would be great.
