Map Search
Drag a rectangle to find all properties from that area. Search rectangle can be adjusted and zoomed to match the desired area. Additionally you can filter the search results by selecting some of the static or custom fields.
Search Autocomplete
To help you find your holidays faster we have created an autocomplete search feature. When typing a search query, a popup window will appear with matched search criteria for you to choose, this helps you will find your target quickly and accurately.
Multiple Layouts
You can set the desired look of the listings, there are several options available: List, where properties are being displayed item after item, Grid, where listings are box layout based and Map view where listings are presented with the location. Default view can be set in component configuration.
Custom / Static Fields
We have included some static fields to help you start your project quicker. We have included some static fields to help you start your project quicker. These fields are commonly used on property rental / holiday websites and can be turned off if needed. Fields are based on categories so you are free to customize them. If you need more fields you can create any custom field: text, dropdown, text box, checkbox etc. and place it within any category.
Looking Sharp, Resizable Images
Thanks to our image library, images are always sharp and great looking, you can change proportions easily, choosing from: 1:1 4:3 16:9 and set any width. You can adjust these settings any time. Our Library uses a cache so you can be sure that your website will run fast and smooth.
SEO Friendly
We have made a great effort to ensure that our extension is completely Search Engine Friendly. Listing titles are optimized, all URL links are SEO friendly. We have made sure all pages will be correctly indexed by search engines. Additionally each listing has its own SEO settings to adjust. It is also integrated into Joomla Breadcrumbs.
Multilingual
JomHoliday fully support multilingual content. All elements like categories or custom fields can be translated into any language. For non UTF-8 characters we are using URL aliases.
Email Templates
Each email that is being sent by extension has it's own template that can be edited. This can be done in component Configuration. Templates use variables so no programming skills are needed.
Flexible Pricing
Advanced pricing manager assists you with the price settings for any days, months, weekends, specials offers etc. With a few clicks, set weekend pricing with minimum stay. Prices are presented within the tables describing cost and duration of stay.
Online Booking
Book Online: rooms, villas, apartments etc. Detailed availability calendar with booked and free dates information. Set prices based on dates, price automatically calculated based on dates and prices and number of rooms. Pay online with PayPal payment gateway, booking will be updated and emails sent.
Advanced Ratings & Reviews
Reviews are very important for users visiting property, therefore our built in Ratings and Reviews has lots of advanced features including recommendations and likes. Built in captcha prevents spam. Users are informed about review approvals by email.
Categories Layouts
Each category can have a unique layout than can be customised. This gives you lots of flexibility when creating your holiday or booking site. Imagine a nice blue orange layout for exotic holidays and white for winter holidays.
