Can I Use Your Components on More than One Site?
A subscription to our commercial extensions includes support and upgrades/updates/patches for a single Joomla installation on one domain. The support and upgrades are only good for the subscription term. You may still use the product after the term has ended, but you will no longer have access to upgrades or support unless your subscription is renewed.
Are the files encrypted?
LITE versions are not encrypted.
What Am I Buying and Why?
Through our Support Center, we offer our Charter Members top-notch Customer Support for installation and Configuration issues. No question is too small, and no ticket is left unanswered. We have an internal policy of trying to make a first response to all of our tickets within 24 business hours, although sometimes it may take us up to 48 hours to respond. We try very hard to get to each ticket as quickly as possible.
If you were brought to COMDEV through extensions.joomla.org, then you've probably already heard some of the feedback on our support. We wouldn't go so far as to say it's fanatical, but it's great nevertheless.
What is Your Refund Policy?
